10 people per table, ~13 tables total. 2 rectangle tables setup for 2 serving lines for chicken and drinks.
5:00 - 5:20 Kids play outside (no kids in banquet hall, magic show setup)
5:20 - Gathering (the stage area of the banquet hall will be off limits)
