Parking Only 2 cars are permitted per camp site. The only authorized overflow parking is at the main parking area. The playground is not an authorized overflow and parking here will be at your own risk.

Update (8/27): We have 21 sites reserved! 15 for Cub Scouts and 6 for the Boy Scouts! We will be labeling the sites with names once the park opens on 9/13 and ask that you only setup on the site that you are assigned. A great deal of effort goes in to picking 21 sites in an area that works for the pack.

This year we will be setting aside one site for the kids to play on and for the camp fire.
If you have friends that would like to join you for the weekend, they can also reserve a site or pay $5 and participate in the day time fun. There should be a few extra sites near us. This is a recruitment event as well.

When: Fri 13 Sep thru Sun 15 Sep 2013
Cost: $28.00 per family (this is the total whether you are camping for one or two nights).
Format: Ideally, plan to arrive on the Friday afternoon. Each family will share a site with another family from your Den, where possible. Sites will be pre-allocated and marked - requests for family site shares to me, via Den Leaders, please.
Boy Scout Troop 364 will run woodcraft demonstrations and participatory activities for the boys throughout the Saturday. There will be campfire supper by Dens, afterwhich we will gather for the Pack Campfire Meeting, followed by a Retiring of the Flags Ceremony. There will be a Field Church Service held on the Sunday morning. A more specific itinerary will be sent out closer to the date.
Reservations: Please let your Den Leaders soonest know no later than Wed 7 Aug if you plan to attend. The deadline for payment to your Den Leader is no later than the Pack Meeting on 27 Aug 13.
For those families that do not wish to camp, you are most welcome to join us anytime during the day and for the Pack Campfire on the Saturday. There is a $5.00 parking fee for the day, paid at the gate,
Feeding: Dens may wish to plan their meals together. Talk to your leaders about what your Den would like to do.
