2013 Candy Bar Fundraiser
Face it parents: we grew up in a different time. As kids, nothing was handed to us. We either worked or helped to earn our rewards: money, an activity with friends, or something we wanted. Scouting still believes in and stands for the core value of earning!  Pack 364's income relies heavily on Candy Bar sales.
Benefits to Your Scout and Family:
  • Teaches Scouts the value & process of setting and working toward goals
  • Gives Scouts a strong sense of accomplishment through recognition
  • Enhances communication, leadership skills and confidence in your Scout
  • Scouts can earn quality gear that they will be able to use in the Boy Scouts.

Goals and Rewards:
Each box sold earns the Scout a point.  Scouts may trade points for the prizes listed below.  Click here for all the details.
1-12 Months of Dues
Mess Kit
Flash Light
3-4 Man Tent
Sleeping Bag
Ways to Sell:
Show and Deliver
  • Each Scout is given 2 boxes of chocolate on consignment (variety could vary).  He sells what he can and returns the rest with no penalty
  • The Scout, with his Akela, goes door to door with a parent to sell or may make arrangements with a local store to sell chocolate on their property.

 Selling at Work

  • Mom and/or Dad take a box to work.

Scouts can also create their own Show and Sell

  • By reaching out to local businesses and getting permission to set up a table for sales.  If you do, be sure to let us know.  We're happy to help you help us by coordinating other Scout's participation and providing the Candy Bars!
